By downloading, installing, or using Redshift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Plans and Pricing

Redshift offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Access to core features at no cost
• Pro Plan: $4.99/month for advanced features and priority support
• Enterprise Plan: $14.99/month for teams with additional capabilities

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your App Store account settings.

Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Redshift for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the application to third parties

Disclaimer of Warranties

Redshift is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the application or via email. Continued use of Redshift after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
