Service
Usage terms and conditions for the Redshift platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Redshift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Plans and Pricing
Redshift offers the following plans:
Free Plan: Access to core features at no cost
Pro Plan: $4.99/month for advanced features and priority support
Enterprise Plan: $14.99/month for teams with additional capabilities
Pricing Changes
We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price increases for existing customers. Customers on annual subscriptions are grandfathered at their subscription price for the duration of their subscription term.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the app under Billing settings. No refunds for partial months.
Data Ownership & Export
Ownership
You own your data. All content you create, upload, or sync through Redshift remains your property. Redshift claims no ownership rights over your data.
Data Export
You can export all your data at any time in JSON format by contacting hello@redshifthub.com. We will provide your data within 30 days.
Data Portability
Exported data includes all notes, todos, workspace configurations, team settings, and metadata in machine-readable format.
Service Availability
Uptime Target
We target 99.5% uptime for all plans. This is a performance goal, not a contractual guarantee.
Enterprise SLA
Customers on the Enterprise plan may request a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) with 99.9% uptime guarantee and service credits for downtime. Contact hello@redshifthub.com for details.
Maintenance Windows
Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via email. We aim to perform maintenance during off-peak hours (weekends, nights US time).
Account Deletion & Data Retention
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@redshifthub.com.
Deletion Timeline
All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).
Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, your workspace data will be retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted unless you request immediate deletion.
Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Redshift for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Redshift is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Liability Cap
In no event shall Redshift's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Redshift exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For Free plan users, the liability cap is $100 USD.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the application or via email. Continued use of Redshift after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
